Shooting Schedule

Shot 1 - both characters walking down the street.



Shot 2 - both characters are walking side by side talking about the cop movie.


Shot 3 – both the boys are back to back to each other.


Shot 4 – Tom is holding an imaginary gun in his hand.


Shot 5 – jerry is holding up an imaginary gum in the
 Opposite direction to tom.


Shot 6 – tom and jerry are running down the street into school, still thinking they are a cop duo.


Shot 7 – shot of the object that the boys are running towards.



Shot 8 – jerry is running towards the car


Shot 9 – jerry runs behind the car frantically

Shot 10 – Jerry crouching down behind the car



Shot 11- jerry slowly coming up from behind the car


Shot 12 – tom is hiding behind the lamp post


Shot 13 – this shot is of Toms eyes


Shot 14 – shot of jerry’s eyes


Shot 15– jerry running out from behind the car


Shot 16 – tom on the opposite side pretending to shoot jerry 
Shot 17- tom and jerry still playing chase as they enter school.
Shot 18 – tom and jerry still running into the school as the bell rings .



  • Just outside the gates, they will be walking up the street with other children walking in to school too.
  • Both characters are walking side by side having a conversation about their cop movie.
  • Forming fake guns with their hands, looking left and right, acting like reals cops.
  • This will be a freeze with the character keeping direct contact with the centre of the camera.
  • Freeze frame, with the character having direct contact with the audience.

  • Tom and jerry begin to run towards the camera, over the shoulder shot with tom running behind jerry.
  • This is a shot of the car that is directly in front of the boys as they are running.
  • As he looks directly towards the camera, still acting out a cop scene.
  • With the camera face the back of jerry and the car
  • Camera will be taking the shot from the side of jerry with, him hiding behind the car wheel.
  • Jerry makes direct eye contact with the camera as he looks over the car.
  • Tom is hiding behind the lamppost, opposite jerry on the other road.
  • This shows the concentration/ seriousness in tom’s eyes.
  • This shows jerry with less concentration in he’s face, looking more confused.
  • Jerry quickly ran as he was looking left and right.
  • Tom is the seen to be running after jerry
  • Both quickly run into the school, jumping up and down.




  • As the bell rings ,both are
seen running into the school building
